This time of year with Christmas almost upon us, that question is definitely one of the first items of discussion when we meet someone. You see it is something that is on everyone’s mind and a task that has to be completed by a certain date, isn’t that right?
What most people do is, make a list, then start to get those items and check them off the list. If we neglected to get those items then it wouldn’t be a very happy Christmas.

- What are you going to do to increase sales?
- When are you going to start to implement?
- What is your budget?
If you can’t answer any of the above 3 questions then don’t be surprised at the lack of results you will experience. Most people want to increase their business, yet most people have no plan and then do something that is reactionary without putting much thought into it. The results are dismal and then no further action is taken.
January:

- The next email recognizes “Martin Luther King Day” and his contribution to society. This is a relationship building email and it is important that you do this every month. Emails like this tend to get forwarded which makes your email viral and will reach far beyond your existing base.
- The next 2 emails are informational/selling emails about one of the procedures you perform and they also reference the “Patient Referral Contest”.
February:
- There is a “Patient Referral Contest” update to keep your patients motivated.
- There’s Valentine’s Day and the Oscars happening this month so there’s no lack of material for a relationship building email maybe a fun little contest to guess who is getting an Oscar.
- The next 2 emails are informational/selling emails about one of the procedures you perform and they also reference the “Patient Referral Contest”.
March:
- Once again there is a “Patient Referral Contest” update to keep your patients motivated.
- This month is Easter so the relationship building email will be around this event
- Spring Break will be the theme for the next 2 emails which are informational/selling emails about one of the procedures you perform and they also reference the “Patient Referral Contest”.
