Product Delivery

When an order is placed through the Order Form on our Secure Website, you can be assured your information is totally Safe and Protected. Once payment is cleared through our Merchant Account, your order will then be processed.

Depending on the product or service you have ordered, it will be sent to you either by e-mail, access through your own unique pass-code on our membership website, or shipped via FedEx or UPS.

E-mails are sent within 24 hours of Order Confirmation. If a Pass-code is required to access the members area of our website, your unique pass-code will be e-mailed once you have confirmed your e-mail address by responding to our e-mail requesting that your confirmation.

For any physical product that has to be shipped the process is as follows: First, your payment must be processed through our Merchant Account Service, which is usually immediately upon order; Second, your order will be shipped within 48 hours by FedEx or UPS Ground (unless we are temporarily out of stock, at which time you will be notified that there will be an additional 3 day delay for stock to be replenished).

It takes 3 to 4 Business days anywhere in the US to reach your destination from the date of shipment. If you are in Canada please allow for a few more days to clear customs.
